McDonald's at 569 Lake Flower Avenue, Saranac Lake, New York.

No 2 tables together were clean for my family of 4 to be able to sit together. Never got the mayonnaise I asked for. We ordered a bunch of nuggets and only got 3 packs of sauce, when I went up to ask for another the guy charged me a quarter. (THATS A FIRST) meanwhile my wife went to the bathroom and couldn't wash her hands because there was no soap. When she finally was able to eat we didn't have her french fries. There's also no ketchup packets available without asking and I didn't want to be charged for anything else so I never even bothered to ask for some.. Today at this McDonald's was a JOKE!
